                壬田豆腐

                壬田镇的豆腐,以“洁白似玉,细嫩如脂”而远近闻名,是豆腐中的上品。古往今来,豆腐既是平民百姓的家常菜,也是高雅殿堂的ω 美味佳肴。豆腐食不太可能吧法很多,壬田镇有含桨豆腐、家乡豆腐、卤水豆腐、油泡豆腐、麻辣豆腐、烤炉豆腐等多品种。以四季而言,有春季的“春笋炒豆腐”,夏季的“香葱凉拌豆 死腐”,秋季的“韭菜花炖豆腐”,冬季的“什锦火炖豆腐”。尤其是壬田的烤炉豆腐远近闻名。此做法较为独特:用一炉子生起炭火,炭火上面悬架一排扎好的竹子,然后把加了食盐、味精的豆腐排放在竹子里烤干 仙石鋪路即可。这种烤炉豆腐色泽金黄、鲜嫩,口感极好。

                  豆腐不但美味〒可口,而且有那紅衣女子也站在最前面清热、润澡、生津、解毒、补中、宽肠、降浊等□药用功效。
